Made fresh 11am to 2pm Monday to Thursday. Pick ups available from 11am on, but salads indicated for pick up later than 2pm will be made at 2pm.

FALL KALE SALAD
A hearty kale salad with crisp apples, walnuts, dried cranberries, Pecorino Romano, and thin-sliced Calabrese, tossed in a bright lemon-walnut vinaigrette.
ROASTED BEET SALAD
A fresh arugula salad with roasted beets, creamy WV goat cheese, and toasted walnuts, finished with a drizzle of Acetomodena Goccia Oro Balsamic Vinegar and Pruneti Moraiolo Olive Oil.
