Giulio Bonfissuto and his family are committed to running their company with courage and determination. This is the story of two brothers united by their passion for the great Sicilian pastry, an art that passes down centuries of tradition and knowledge. His vision is a combination of enthusiasm and technical rigor that enable him to create innovative recipes, respecting and celebrating the Sicilian pastry’s heritage.
Each creation tells a story of love and respect for the cultural roots of his land. Despite reinterpreting the typical pastries of Sicily he never changes their essence: from colomba to panettone, chocolate bars and Easter eggs, all of Bonfissuto’s products demonstrate the talent and passion that Giulio and Vincenzo have instilled in their company.
