Tentazioni Black Truffle Sauce, 180g
A paste of black Perigord truffle (tuber melanosporum), mushrooms and pistachio from Le Marche, Italy
From the oldest and most prestigious family owned truffle house in the town of Acqualanga in Le Marche, Italy, known world-wide for its truffles. This paste is a blend of Perigord black truffle (pregiati or tuber melanosporum), champignon mushrooms, funghi porcini and pistachio. Use for a sauce with our Campofilone egg pasta by warming olive oil and chicken stock, then adding this at the end (do not expose to too much heat to avoid loss of flavor). Stable for up to two years, but use four weeks after opening by storing in the fridge with some olive oil added. Each 180 g jar serves 14 people.
