Thin flank steak rolled around a stuffing made of prosciutto crudo, pecorino romano, and pine nuts, then slow cooked in a housemade red sauce, on a bed of pasta. A classic winter dish from Abruzzo.
We strongly recommend a Montepulciano D’Abruzzo wine with this meal and we have many in stock to choose from.
