We take a tour of the whites, reds and sparklings from one of Italy’s most quintessentially “Italian” regions- from snow capped mountains, to dramatic hills covered with vineyards and topped with medieval hill towns to the blue Adriatic.  Passerina Brut, Pecorino, Verdicchio, Lacrima di Morro, Rosso Piceno, Rosso Conero, Vernaccia di Serrapetrona and more.  Served with our homemade stuffed olive all’ascolana, Formaggio di Fossa, Pecorino Fresco and Ciauscolo salame. Presented by the staff of Good Mansion Wines, with visiting family from Ascoli Piceno, Le Marche.

A tour of both white and red Bordeaux wines.  Starting with simple Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blends and then extending to a variety of red Bordeaux subappelations, from Medoc to St. Estephe to Pomerol and more.  We end with a Sauternes served with our Rougie foie gras mousse.  Served with a light assortment of imported French cheeses and our tradition baguettes.
