Dolcetto & Barbera
We love these gorgeous reds from Italy’s Piedmont. Dolcetto is smoky with a silky tannin and often tart, fruity mouth, ideal for aged Italian cheeses. Barbera is fruity and plush, with firm acidity, broadly appealing for all kinds of meats. Piemontesi drink them everyday. We think you should too! The perfect wines to warm up to with the onset of the fall crisp weather. Served with Italian aged cheeses. Presented by the staff at Good Mansion Wines.

We travel around during this tasting to savor the world’s most luscious reds, from Gigondas in the southern Rhone of France to Valpolicella Ripasso in the Veneto of Italy to Astralian Shiraz, South African Cabernet Sauvignon, Taurasi from Campania, Italy, and a Priorat from Catalonia, Spain.
