Station #3- Wine: An assortment of whites, roses and reds to accompany the food
Station #4- Charcuterie and cheeses: a wide array of our imported cheeses and salumi, plus Windswept Farm local raw honey, La Golosa jams and our “tradition” baguettes

Time to journey to the tip of Africa, where some of the new world’s most impressive wines are being produced, from Stellenbosch to Paarl Valley.  Both reds and white will be tasted.  Served with our baguettes and a light assortment of imported cheeses.  Presented by Michael Diethorn of Country Vintner Wholesalers.
