Summer is the perfect time to get these white lovelies straight.  Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris are genetically about identical, but styled differently since one has roots in the Veneto of Italy and the other in the Alsace of France.  Pinot Blanc is a totally different baby altogether.  Served with a light assortment of cheeses and baguettes.
