Super Tuscans
These big red wines from western Tuscany were somewhat homeless as non classified wines until the Italian government declared them DOC. Their name comes from their big nature, and cult appeal. Employing Cabernet, Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese and more, these wines are made with grapes that might be non traditional to Tuscany, but thrive nonetheless in the arid horse country of western Tuscany. Presented by the staff of Good Mansion Wines. Served with Italian aged cheeses, salumi and French baguettes.

NEW WINES!
We’ve been loading up so much on new wines since the holidays that it is time to sit down and taste some of them! From the new Bon Vivant portolio and others, wines tasted will include Bandol, Rioja, Cabernet on the red side to Sivi Pinot on the orange side, to new Bandol and Provence roses to Slovenian Ribula and more on the white side. Wines from the Alps
These wines are refined and finessed, from high elevation growing that produces grapes of suave and delicate fruit, often with strong structure. We take a tour of Swiss Pinot Noir, Valdaostan Fumin and Torrette, the powerful, raisinated Sfursat of the Valtellina and white wines from Savoy. Served with Alpine cheeses and French baguettes.
