Ravioli Incaciati – A lenten specialty from Le Marche region.  Ravioli stuffed with a mixture of a slow cooked hen, prosciutto and vegetables, mixed with parmigiano, nutmeg, cinammon and bread, then seasoned with parmigiano and cinnamon
