Station #3- Wine: An assortment of spring whites, reds and roses
Station #4- Charcuterie, cheeses & French desserts: A sampling of salumi, cheeses and our latest direct imports- Tenera Ascolana DOP and Gigante olives from Italy; homemade French desserts from our French patissier Olivier

Chilean and Argentinian wines are some of the best value wines on the market, but also provide some prized wines as well. We explore the whole gamut, from $10 Chilean wonders to the more coveted select Malbecs from Argentina.  Cabernet Sauvignon, Bonarda, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, Carmenere. Served with an assortment of cheeses, salumi and baguettes. Presented by the staff at Good Mansion Wines.

By the time of this tasting, you will be done with your taxes!  Come and celebrate the end of the misery with a variety of our favorite reds and whites, as well as celebratory sparklings.  And the bonus– we will pay the sales tax on all wines we taste that you buy after the tasting!  How can you resist?   Served with cheese and baguettes.  $15 at the door, no reservations needed. Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Tasting at 5 PM
We sample six of our Italian olive oils directly imported to Wheeling from Italy, including top awarded olive oils in Italian and international olive oil competitions.  Sick of buying fake olive oil at the grocery store tinted green and masked with polyphenols?  Discover genuine family harvested and pressed oils that you do not have access to anywhere else in the tri-state region.  We finish with two balsamics from Modena from Acetomodena, owned and operated by the Vecchi family. Then stick around for the wine tasting at 6 PM.

A Tour of Bordeaux at 6 PM
We explore the reds of Bordeaux in this journey from Medoc to Pomerol to St. Emilion, Entre Deux Mers and more.  Taste and learn the many fine nuances to one of the world’s great wine regions. A truly stunning line up of wines that we are proud to deliver to Wheeling.  Served with French cheeses and baguettes.  Presented by Michael Diethorn of Country Vintner Wholesalers.

France’s Loire Valley produces a hugely diverse array of wines, in part due to its vast geography, from the extreme eastern hinterland of Sancerre and Pouilly Fume to the estuary at Muscadet.  We taste a bounty of some of France’s most popular and easy to enjoy wines, reds and whites, from Vouvray to Sancerre, Chinon to Saumur, Muscadet to Touraine.  Presented by the staff at Good Mansion Wines
