Pasta with Olive and Garlic, Chicken and Shallot

A first course of turanicum grain spaghetti with a sauce of green Ascolana olive and garlic sauteed in olive oil, with a second course of chicken thigh with shallot, cream and herbs. Cook time = 1 hr

Tagliatelle with Fresh Black Truffle, Pork & Greens

A first course of our homemade fresh tagliatelle with black Italian summer truffles we directly air freight into Wheeling, with a second course of a pork chop with a side of cooked greens .  Cook time = 40 min

Mixed Grigliata of Lamb, Steak and Pork with Spinach and Baguette

The perfect segue into summer – a mixed grill of lamb, steak and pork all marinated in an olive oil and balsamic and herb mix, with cooked spinach and our baguettes.  Cook time = 30 min
