Pasta Mancini turanicum grain spaghetti with a slow sauteed green olive in olive oil sauce, with a second course of chicken thigh pan cooked with shallot and cream.

Think panzanella, but better. Our baguettes broken up and mixed with tomato, onion, parmigiano, vegetable broth and spices with a second course of our Porchetta d’Ariccia with spinach.
