Cod seared in a soffritto and slow cooked in milk and parmigiano, served on top of potato puree. Cook time = 1 hr

Polenta with Taleggio, Sausage & Mushrooms

$10 per serving.

Our homemade sausage sauteed with mushrooms and served over a bed of ancient ground polenta creamed up with taleggio cheese.  Cook time = 45 min

Tagliatelle with Fresh White Truffle, Endive Salad

$25 per serving.

THURSDAY ONLY.  Our homemade fresh tagliatelle served with a delicate cream sauce and our directly air freighted, fresh white truffle from Italy, served with an endive salad.  Cook time = 30 min
