A first course of thin and succulent Maccheroncini di Campofilone egg pasta with a simple garlic and oil sauce, followed by a second course of a slow cooked monkfish in a tomato and rosemary sauce. Cook time = 45 min

Succulent Tagliatelle di Campofilone egg pasta with a fresh wild ramp and olive oil sauce, with a second course of a pork tenderloin medallion in a Marsala sauce, with a side mixed green salad.  Cook time = 40 min
