Tentazioni Whole Baby White Truffles (tartufi bianchetti interi), 12.5 g
Baby white truffles in brine (tuber borchii) from Le Marche, Italy
Out of stock
From the oldest and most prestigious family owned truffle house in the town of Acqualanga in Le Marche, Italy, known world-wide for its white truffles. These are not to be confused with white truffles (tuber magnatum pico). Although white, they are much smaller and much milder in taste, and hail mostly from Le Marche, Tuscany and Umbria in Italy. These are ideal finely sliced as a complement to a truffle sauce, shaved on top of our Campofilone egg pasta with some of the brine, along with Tentazioni white truffle sauce made with the white truffle sauce or white truffle butter. Stable for up to three years, but use ten days after opening by placing in the fridge.
