This green fruity extra virgin olive oil is the premier olive oil from the Fois family run Sardinian house in Alghero. Harvest is mechanical from mid October to late December. This mono-varietal oil has a clear scent of olives, apples and tomatoes, with robust scents of herbaceous vegetation and has a good balance between bitter and spicy flavors.
