The CANTUCCI are biscuits of Tuscan tradition.
Cooked  in an elongated loaf and cut diagonally  thus creating the famous start and end pieces, called “nooks” in Tuscany.

These are a tender and delicious cookie suitable for any occasion. Fratelli Lunardi is a brother and brother bakery in Pistoia, Tuscany.  It re-envisioned  the original recipe by adding butter and playing with other ingredients, creating a variety of flavors.
