Join the GMW Supper Club!

This meal kit service is available every week for pick up at the shop from Wednesday 4pm to Thursday 7pm.  It celebrates family recipes handed down from the Apennine Mountains and Adriatic sea of central Italy,  featuring our direct import Italian food products.

Kit includes a recipe with story, and all necessary ingredients to make the meal.  All you need at home is running water, salt, pepper, an oven, a stove and plate and silverware! Buon appetito!

Cod marinated in milk slow cooked with potatoes, tomatoes, olives, white wine and rosemary with an escarole salad with Acetomodena balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Pasta Mancini Spaghetti tossed with our homemade breadcrumbs and walnuts in olive oil, served with bass grilled with a spice rub

Lamb with Rice on Frico
$15 per serving
Lamb shoulder sauted with rosemary and garlic in white wine, served on a bed of Arborio rice on frico, a Montasio cheese crisp flat cake.

Penne with a Salmon, Anisette and Cream Sauce
$12 per serving
Pasta Mancini Penne served with a sauce of salmon, tomato passata, scallion, cream, basil and a pinch of Anisette.

Polenta Gnocchi with Grilled Chicken Leg

Gnocchi made with ancient ground polenta and egg, served with a simple tomato sauce, with a grilled chicken leg with a spice rub

Pancotto with Porchetta, Spinach

This is a classic peasant dish of bread pieces boiled in vegetable broth with onions, garlic, tomato and spices, served with a slab of our Porchetta di Ariccia, a pork loin wrapped in pork belly with garlic and salt, and a side of spinach
