Dolcetto & Barbera
These two red wines hail from Piedmont, Italy, but are beloved all around the world for their easy taste and pairing capability. Dolcetto is silky with a tart fruit and smoky and spicy rusticity, with a firm tannin. Barbera is plush and fruit forward, with Cabernet like bright fruit and a perky acidic finish.
