Rougié Périgord Duck Rillettes, 80 g

These duck rillettes are based on an authentic Périgord recipe of duck meat, white wine, toasted wheat crumbs and garlic.  Perfect for appetizers or as a gift. Refrigerate before using and then spread on breads alongside salads.  It is shelf stable for more than two years. Produced by the French company Rougié at its Quebec facilities.
