The strong sun yields citrus fruits of extraordinary flavor and intensity, resulting in marmalades of superb quality. Kazzen, a family company born out of a dream of three brothers to bring Pantelleria’s gems to the world, uses only orange and sugar in this marmalade, with no additives or preservatives, resulting in the taste of pure Mediterranean sun. Ideal for spreading on biscotti, for tortes or crepes, or for spreading on fresh, young cheeses.
