Late Summer Harvest Dinner To-Go

Savor the last tastes of summer with a menu inspired by the season’s best. Featuring local heirloom tomatoes, sweet corn and zucchini, GMW garden basil, and plenty of housemade touches, this late-summer spread is one you won't want to miss.

Housemade pasta tossed with fresh basil pesto made from our own GMW garden basil.

4 - Chilled Zucchini Soup
A refreshing chilled zucchini soup highlighting fresh, locally grown vegetables.

5 - Italian Sausage & Pepper Skewers
Housemade Italian sausage and sweet peppers roasted together on skewers.
