Robust olive oil blend from Accademia Olearia in Alghero, Sardinia.

This green fruity extra virgin olive oil is the premier olive oil from the Fois family-run Sardinian house in Alghero.  Harvest is mechanical from mid October to late December. This mono-varietal oil has a clear scent of olives, apples and tomatoes, with robust scents of herbaceous vegetation and has a good balance between bitter and spicy flavors.
