This intensely rich “Royal” recipe mousse contains 50% foie gras, duck fat, Armagnac, Port, eggs and  slivers of black truffle down the middle of the tube.  Perfect for canapés or hors d’oeuvres.  Shelf stable for over two years.  Simply open both sides with a can opener, leaving one end lid in place to push mousse through to the other side.  Then cut with a knife that has been dipped in warm water for the perfect slices.  Great with fig jam, balsamic, black pepper or fleur de sel.  Produced by the French company Rougié at its Quebec facilities.
