A green salad mix of spinach, tender greens, radicchio and arugula topped with a locally raised hard boiled egg from Eric Rubel, Creminelli prosciutto cotto (free of added nitrites and nitrates) and nutty Emmenthaler cheese from Swizterland. Served with our directly imported, beautiful mustard balsamic vinagrette from Acetomodena in Modena, Italy.
